Call for Submissions! Local and regional artists are invited to submit designs for a large-scale mural at the new North Bay Community and Rec Centre. The artist will receive 3500, and will bring their vision to life by painting the mural directly on to a feature wall. They are looking for artwork to reflect the spirit of North bay through culture, sports, recreation, outdoor life, movement, teamwork and community pride.
